A non-profit organization, New River Sail & Power Squadron is dedicated to educating boaters on safe boating procedures, raising awareness of clean water and water safety issues, and offering free vessel safety checks to area boaters, all while enjoying the fun of recreational boating. Where we are . . .


New River Sail & Power Squadron serves the recreational boating community in Onslow and Pender counties in southeastern North Carolina. Based in Jacksonville, membership covers areas including Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Topsail Island, Surf City, and Holly Ridge in Onslow County; and Hampstead in Pender County. Membership also includes members residing aboard Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base, and the New River Air Station.
